fetish.haus is an adult, sexually explicit service. No one under 18 (or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) may access it. Every visitor is shown an age gate on first entry, before any explicit Content is displayed, with two equally prominent options — Enter and Leave — and cannot reach the Site without choosing. The gate contains no explicit imagery, and the page behind it is not visible until Enter is selected.

By entering, you confirm that: you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if it is higher); accessing adult content is legal in the place where you are located; and you have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Choosing Enter records the attestation (a timestamp and, where appropriate, a cookie flag whose retention is described in the Cookie Policy); choosing Leave routes you away from the Platform to a neutral, non-explicit destination. The gate is shown again when the stored attestation expires or is cleared.

18+ only. fetish.haus contains age-restricted, sexually explicit adult material. By using this Site you confirm you are at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that such material is legal where you are. This Site is labeled in a manner recognized by content-filtering software — including the RTA ("Restricted To Adults") label — so that parents and guardians can block it. This notice appears in the footer of every page.

The age gate and footer notice exist to warn visitors before entry that the Site contains sexually explicit adult Content; to obtain an 18+ self-attestation and agreement to the Terms and Privacy Policy as a condition of entry; and to label the Site site-wide so parental-control and filtering software can recognize and block it. The gate is a self-declared attestation — it does not, by itself, prove a visitor's age.

This is a baseline only. Where a visitor is located in a jurisdiction requiring verified consumer age checks, the Platform applies an additional, legally compliant age-verification step before granting access to explicit Content — governed entirely by the Age Verification Policy, not by this notice. Passing the attestation does not satisfy, replace, or waive that requirement. This Site carries the RTA label in its pages so that parental-control and content-filtering tools can detect and block it.
