Legal / Age verification

Everyone verified.
Records where the law demands.

Two systems, deliberately separate: performer verification that keeps records because the law requires it — and consumer verification designed to keep none.

Two separate systems

The Platform is an adult, explicit-content service. No one under 18 (or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) may use the Service, appear in Content, or access any explicit material. This policy describes the two separate age-verification systems we operate — they serve different purposes, rely on different vendors, and handle data differently:

Part A (Sections 2–7) verifies the age and identity of everyone who creates or appears in Content — Creators, performers, and collaborators. It is mandatory before any Content is published and tied to our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping obligations, so it retains records — the law requires it. Part B (Sections 8–12) verifies the age of visitors and Members who consume Content — a baseline 18+ gate everywhere, plus a stronger, legally compliant check where state or national law requires it — and is designed not to retain consumer identity data.

A — Who must be verified

Before any Content is published, every person who appears in or is depicted in it must be verified as 18 or older: the Creator who uploads; every performer or person depicted, whether or not they are a registered User — collaborators, guests, scene partners, and any identifiable individual; and any person whose voice, likeness, or identifiable body is included. There are no exceptions. If we cannot verify that everyone depicted is 18+, the Content is not published — or is removed if published in error.

03

A — What verification requires

Creator and performer verification is performed through our third-party identity-verification (KYC) vendor. Each person must provide:

  • A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or national identity card).
  • Their full legal name and date of birth, matching the ID.
  • A selfie / liveness check or biometric face match confirming the person presenting the ID is the person in the ID and in the Content.
  • The vendor confirms the document is authentic, belongs to the presenter, and shows a date of birth establishing the person is at least 18.
04

A — Collaborators & consent

Verification is per person, not per account. A Creator cannot vouch for a collaborator: every additional person appearing in Content must independently complete verification before that Content may be published. The upload flow will not allow Content depicting an unverified individual to go live.

Verification is paired with documented consent: for each piece of Content, every depicted person provides a signed release tied to that specific Content and its distribution, as described in the Creator Agreement and the NCC Policy. Age verification confirms who a person is and that they are 18+; the consent record confirms they agreed to the specific Content. Both are required.

05

A — Review-then-publish

Performer verification is enforced as part of our review-then-publish pipeline: all Content is reviewed before publication, nothing auto-publishes, and reviewers confirm that verification and consent records exist for every depicted person before approval. A prohibited-keyword filter runs across titles, tags, descriptions, and search to block terms implying minors, non-consent, or other prohibited material.

06

A — Record-keeping (§ 2257)

Identity and age records collected under Part A are retained as required by our 2257 Compliance Statement and applicable law (18 U.S.C. §§ 2257/2257A; 28 C.F.R. Part 75), maintained by our designated Custodian of Records for the legally required period. These ID records are internal: we do not publish, display, or share identity documents except as required by law, legal process, or as permitted under the 2257 statement and the Privacy Policy.

07

A — Re-verification

We may require re-verification at any time — an expired ID, a document that appears altered, a failed liveness or biometric check, or reason to question a previously accepted record. If verification cannot be completed or maintained, the affected Creator's ability to publish may be suspended and affected Content removed.

08

B — The 18+ gate

Every visitor encounters an 18+ age gate on entry. Before viewing adult Content, you must confirm you are at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and consent to viewing sexually explicit material; entering or continuing to use the Service is a representation that this is true. This attestation gate is a baseline only — it does not by itself satisfy the consumer age-verification laws of certain U.S. states, where a stronger check applies in addition (Section 9).

09

B — Statutory verification

A growing number of U.S. states require sites with a significant proportion of explicit content to verify that consumers are adults using a method stronger than self-attestation — for example Texas (HB 1181, upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton, June 27, 2025) and similar statutes elsewhere. Where you access the Platform from a covered state, you must complete a compliant third-party age-verification check before accessing explicit Content — via government ID, verified digital identity, or a transactional/age-estimation method confirming you are an adult.

We apply this requirement based on your state of access and geo-apply it to covered states. We may, at our discretion, apply a single age-verification gate more broadly (for example, nationwide) for operational simplicity; where we do, it will be at least as protective as the law of any covered state requires. Where a covered state mandates a public-health warning, we display the required statement in the form and location the law specifies.

10

B — No retention of consumer ID

We are committed to data minimization for consumer verification. We do not retain your government-ID or other identity data after verification is complete: the check uses a zero-retention or tokenized approach, the vendor confirms only pass/fail, we never receive your underlying identity documents, and we do not store your ID image. Several state statutes — including Texas — prohibit or penalize retention of consumer identity data collected for age verification; where limited verification metadata must be kept (a token confirming a successful check), it is handled per the Privacy Policy.

11

B — Biometric consent

If a consumer verification method uses facial age estimation or other biometric processing, it is conducted in compliance with applicable biometric-privacy laws, including the Illinois BIPA and Texas CUBI. Where those laws apply, you receive the required notice and are asked for the required consent before any biometric processing occurs, and the data is handled — or, where required, not retained — in accordance with those laws and the Privacy Policy. Where affirmative opt-in consent is required, an alternative non-biometric method is made available where reasonably practicable.

12

B — If verification fails

If you do not pass the applicable age check, you are not granted access to explicit Content. There is no workaround to the age gate, and attempting to circumvent age verification — or to access the Service while under 18 — violates the Terms of Service. If and when we serve EU/UK users, we will implement age assurance meeting the UK Online Safety Act's "highly effective" standard (self-declaration alone is expressly insufficient) and equivalent EU expectations for affected users.
