Zero-tolerance statement

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material. There is no exception, allowance, fetish category, artistic claim, or contractual term under which such material is permitted on the Platform. We are committed to keeping minors entirely off the Service — both as users and as subjects of Content — and to reporting and preserving CSAM as required by United States law. All Members and all Creators must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher); every person depicted in Content must be a verified adult. This policy applies to every person who accesses the Platform and to uploads, messages, profile material, search terms, tags, comments, and any other submitted data.

02

What is absolutely prohibited

You may not upload, post, request, solicit, link to, advertise, sell, trade, or attempt to access any of the following, under any circumstances:

This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. If material plausibly sexualizes or endangers a minor or an apparent minor, we treat it as prohibited and act accordingly.

  • Real CSAM — any visual depiction of a minor engaged in, or presented for the purpose of, sexually explicit conduct, including lascivious exhibition.
  • Simulated, "barely legal-looking," or implied-minor content — content that depicts, suggests, or is marketed as involving a person under 18, including using an adult to portray a minor.
  • Animated, drawn, rendered, or AI-generated content — any cartoon, illustration, 3D render, "virtual," "morphed," or synthetic depiction sexualizing a minor or apparent minor, regardless of whether a real child was involved.
  • Roleplay implying under-18 — any text, audio, video, title, tag, description, or chat that role-plays, narrates, requests, or sexualizes a person presented as under 18.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or endangerment — any attempt to contact, lure, groom, sexualize, or arrange contact with a minor, and any content that otherwise exploits or endangers a child.
  • Sexualized depiction of minors in non-explicit settings — content focusing on a minor's body or presenting a minor in a sexualized manner even without an explicit act.
03

Disclaimers cure nothing

Labels, captions, "all performers are 18+" notices, age statements in a title or description, consent forms, or release documents do not make prohibited content acceptable. A statement that a person is an adult cannot legitimize material that depicts, simulates, or implies a minor. Where a depiction sexualizes an apparent minor, the disclaimer is irrelevant — the material is prohibited and treated as CSAM for the purposes of this policy and our reporting obligations.

04

Detection and prevention

Our prevention program is layered and operates before Content is published — all Content is reviewed before publication; nothing auto-publishes anywhere, including previews in Raw:

  • Creator identity and age verification (KYC) — before anyone can upload or earn, the Creator and every depicted person are verified as adults via government-ID checks, with records retained under the Age Verification Policy and our § 2257 record-keeping program.
  • Mandatory pre-publication review — every piece of Content is reviewed by a trained moderator before becoming visible, across Raw, the Vault, and Private Access; reviewers are trained to identify apparent-minor and sexualized-minor content and escalate immediately.
  • Hash-matching — uploaded images and video are screened against known-CSAM hash sets using perceptual hash-matching technology (such as PhotoDNA-class industry tools); matches are blocked, preserved, and escalated for reporting.
  • Age-estimation screening — automated age-assurance signals flag apparent-minor depictions for priority human review; a flagging aid that never overrides this policy's prohibitions.
  • Prohibited-keyword filter — a blocklist across upload, publishing, and search that blocks terms, tags, titles, and searches associated with minors or sexualized-minor content; circumvention attempts are themselves violations.
  • Reporting tools — anyone can report suspected CSAM through the on-site reporting flow or [email protected]; such reports receive immediate priority.
05

Mandatory NCMEC reporting

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of an apparent violation involving CSAM, we report it as soon as reasonably possible to the CyberTipline of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, including the information required and permitted by law to help identify and protect the child and identify the offender. We register as a reporting electronic service provider with NCMEC. Knowing-and-willful failure to report is itself a federal violation; we treat the reporting obligation as non-discretionary.

06

Preservation & handling

After a CyberTipline report, we preserve the reported material and associated records as required by § 2258A for at least one year from the report date — longer where law or a law-enforcement preservation request requires. Preserved material is secured, access-restricted to authorized personnel and law enforcement, and segregated from the live Service.

We do not download, copy, distribute, re-transmit, or further view suspected CSAM except to the limited extent necessary to make a report, preserve evidence, or as NCMEC, law enforcement, or applicable law specifically directs. Suspected CSAM is routed only to a small, trained escalation team and never re-published or restored. We preserve account records, upload and access logs, identity and payment metadata, and IP/device information associated with the violation to support the report and any investigation.

07

Termination & enforcement

  • Immediate, permanent termination of the offending account and any associated accounts — no refund, no reinstatement.
  • Blocking and removal of the material from the live Service, while preserving it for reporting and evidence.
  • Withholding or freezing of pending payouts, pending investigation and as permitted by the Creator Agreement and law.
  • NCMEC reporting and full law-enforcement cooperation.
  • CSAM enforcement is not subject to the ordinary appeals process — removal and termination decisions for CSAM are final.
08

Cooperation & applicable law

We cooperate fully with NCMEC and with U.S. and other competent law-enforcement authorities investigating CSAM and child exploitation. We respond to valid legal process — subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, preservation requests — and may voluntarily provide information where permitted by law to protect a child from imminent harm. Direct legal process to [email protected]; see the Law Enforcement Request Policy.

This policy aligns with U.S. federal law including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (provider reporting and preservation duties), § 2256 (definitions, including morphed and computer-generated depictions), §§ 2251–2252A (production, distribution, receipt, and possession prohibitions), the PROTECT Act of 2003, and the REPORT Act (2024). Statutory references are for transparency and may be updated as the law changes; nothing here limits any legal obligation we have.
