Adults. Consent.
No exceptions.

What may and may not be uploaded, requested, searched for, sold, or done on FetishHaus — for every user, in every room. A disclaimer never cures a prohibited depiction.

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") governs what may and may not be uploaded, posted, requested, searched for, sold, distributed, or done on fetish.haus, operated by FetishHaus Ltd. It applies to every User — Members and Creators alike — and to all three areas of the Platform: Raw, the Vault, and Private Access. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

  • The Platform is for adult content created by and featuring consenting adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher).
  • Everyone depicted in Content must be a verified, consenting adult — the Creator, collaborators, performers, models, and any other identifiable person appearing, heard, or implied in the Content.
  • All Content is reviewed by a moderator before it is published. Nothing auto-publishes anywhere on the Platform — not in Raw, not in the Vault, not in Private Access.
  • We filter prohibited search terms, titles, and tags. Attempting to surface prohibited material using coded, misspelled, or euphemistic terms is itself a violation.
  • Calling something "fantasy," "roleplay," "fiction," "consensual non-consent," "acting," "art," or "satire" does not make prohibited Content allowed. A disclaimer never cures a prohibited depiction.
  • Violations can result in immediate removal, suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of pending payouts to the extent permitted by the Creator Agreement and law, preservation of records, and referral to law enforcement or NCMEC where required.
02

The core requirements: 18+ and consent

Age — 18+ for everyone depicted. No person under 18 (or the local age of majority, if higher) may appear in, be heard in, contribute to, or be depicted in any Content. This applies to real people, and to any depiction — simulated, drawn, animated, computer-generated, AI-generated, or text — of a person who is, appears to be, is described as, or is implied to be under 18. There is no "actually 18 but looks younger" exception, no school/uniform framing exception, and no age-play-as-a-minor exception.

Verification. Every Creator and every person depicted must be verified as an adult before Content is published. Creator identity and age are verified through our creator KYC process; identity and age records for all depicted persons are collected and retained as described in our Age Verification Policy and 2257 Compliance Statement.

Consent. Every person depicted must have knowingly and freely consented to being recorded or depicted, and to the Content being uploaded to and distributed on the Platform. Consent must be documented. We remove any Content for which consent cannot be verified, and we remove Content at the request of a depicted person who did not consent — see the NCC Policy and Appeals Policy.

Collaborators. If Content features more than one person, the Creator is responsible for ensuring every participant is 18+, verified, and has given documented consent for that specific Content and its distribution. "I didn't know who the other person was" is not a defense.

03

Prohibited content

The following is strictly prohibited anywhere on the Platform, in every media type, and for real, simulated, drawn, animated, AI-generated, and computer-generated depictions alike. A "fantasy," "roleplay," or "fiction" label does not make any of it permitted.

Minors — zero tolerance. Any sexual or sexualized depiction of a real minor (CSAM); any simulated, drawn, animated, AI-generated, or text depiction of a minor in a sexual context; any depiction of a person who appears to be, is described as, or is presented as under 18, even if the performer is an adult; age-play or roleplay presented as a minor, including infantilization framed as a child, sexualized "barely legal made younger" framing, or any scenario designed to depict a participant as under 18; and content sexualizing minor-coded items, settings, or markers. We report apparent CSAM to NCMEC and preserve records as required by law — see the CSAM Policy.

Non-consent and incapacitation. Depictions of rape, sexual assault, or sexual activity by force, threat, or coercion; depictions presenting a person as incapacitated and unable to consent (drugged, unconscious, asleep, sedated, intoxicated) where framed as non-consensual or exploiting that incapacity; and any non-consensual recording (hidden camera, "spy cam," upskirt, voyeur content of a non-consenting person).

Incest. Sexual Content depicting, describing, or roleplaying sexual activity between blood relatives or family members, real or simulated, including "step-fantasy" framed as biological family.

Bestiality. Any sexual Content involving animals, or depicting, describing, or soliciting sexual activity between a human and an animal.

Extreme violence. Snuff, killing, or sexualized death; necrophilia; mutilation, dismemberment, or serious bodily harm; torture causing serious injury; or sexual Content depicting non-consensual extreme violence or genuine grievous injury.

Trafficking, prostitution, and solicitation. Content that promotes, facilitates, or results from human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coerced sexual activity; content that advertises, offers, arranges, or solicits prostitution or in-person commercial sexual services (including escorting and "meet-ups"); and any use of the Platform to recruit or arrange in-person sexual services. See the Anti-Slavery Policy.

Drugs and serious crime. Content that promotes, instructs, facilitates, or offers the sale of controlled substances, or facilitates other serious criminal activity such as trafficking in weapons or stolen goods.

NCII and deepfakes. Non-consensual intimate imagery of an identifiable real person shared without consent, including "revenge porn" and "leaked" content; and deepfakes or synthetic likeness content that sexually depicts an identifiable real person without consent. We remove NCII and qualifying deepfakes — and make reasonable efforts to remove identical copies — within the timeframe required by law. See the NCC / Anti-Deepfake Policy and TAKE IT DOWN Act Policy.

Doxxing, harassment, threats. Publishing or threatening to publish another person's private information without consent; harassment, stalking, bullying, threats of violence, or coordinated abuse; blackmail, sextortion, or threats to release private or intimate material.

IP infringement. Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights, including reuploading another Creator's Content. Handled under the DMCA Policy; repeat infringers are terminated.

Otherwise illegal. Content illegal under applicable U.S. federal or state law or the law of the jurisdiction of the Creator or a depicted person; malware or phishing; and content misrepresenting who is depicted, their age, or their consent.

04

Prohibited conduct

In addition to the prohibited content above, Users must not:

  • Create or access an account if under 18, or allow a minor to access the Platform through your account or device.
  • Upload Content depicting any person who has not been verified as a consenting adult, or provide false, forged, or borrowed identity or consent documentation.
  • Attempt to evade moderation, age verification, or keyword filters — including via coded language, misspellings, euphemisms, hidden text, or obfuscated tags.
  • Solicit, request, or offer prohibited Content from another User (e.g., custom content depicting a minor, non-consent, or incest).
  • Use the Platform to facilitate in-person sexual services, trafficking, or any prohibited transaction.
  • Harass, threaten, dox, defame, impersonate, or abuse other Users, Company staff, or moderators.
  • Share, resell, scrape, screen-record, or redistribute another Creator's Content without authorization, or circumvent paywalls or access controls.
  • Engage in payment fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
  • Misuse reporting, appeal, or takedown mechanisms (e.g., knowingly false reports or counter-notices).
  • Interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
05

Prohibited search terms, titles & tags

We maintain and enforce a prohibited-keyword and search-term blocklist. Searches, titles, tags, descriptions, filenames, messages, and other text matching terms associated with CSAM, minors, non-consent, incest, bestiality, or other prohibited categories are blocked, filtered, or flagged for review.

Attempting to bypass the filter — through misspellings, spacing tricks, leetspeak, coded slang, or other obfuscation — is itself a violation and may result in immediate suspension and, where applicable, reporting to authorities. Repeated attempts to search for or surface prohibited Content (especially material implying minors) may be logged, preserved, and reported as required by law.

06

How we enforce

  • Review-then-publish: all Content submitted by Creators is reviewed by a moderator before it is published anywhere on the Platform — including previews shown in Raw, full Content in the Vault, and pay-per-clip Content in Private Access. No Content auto-publishes.
  • Pre-publication filtering: submitted metadata (titles, tags, descriptions) and on-site search are screened against the prohibited-term blocklist as part of moderation.
  • Ongoing monitoring: published Content, messaging, and search activity may be monitored; Content that passed initial review may be re-reviewed and removed at any time.
  • We assume no general obligation to monitor private communications beyond what is described here or required by law, but we may act on anything we become aware of.
07

Reporting, takedown & removal

Anyone — with or without an account — can report Content or conduct using the on-site report tools or by emailing the appropriate address in Section 12. Reports concerning CSAM, non-consensual content, or trafficking should go to [email protected] and are treated as urgent.

After a report we review and may remove or restrict Content, disable search terms, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and notify law enforcement or NCMEC where required. We aim to acknowledge and resolve reports within the timeframes in our Complaints Policy; NCII and qualifying deepfake removals follow the expedited timeline in our TAKE IT DOWN Act Policy.

Any person depicted in Content may request removal or contest their consent through the Appeals Policy; we remove Content where consent cannot be verified. Copyright claims are handled under the DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy.

08

CSAM: zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material. Any account associated with uploading, requesting, searching for, or distributing CSAM will be terminated. On obtaining knowledge of apparent CSAM, we report to NCMEC's CyberTipline, preserve related records as required by law, and cooperate with law enforcement. See the CSAM Policy.

09

Member access and age

Members must be 18+ (or the local age of majority, if higher) to access the Platform. Access requires an age confirmation and, for users in jurisdictions that require it, an additional consumer age-verification check before explicit Content is shown. We do not retain consumer identification beyond what is necessary to complete verification, consistent with applicable state law. See the Age Verification Policy and Privacy Policy.

10

Consequences of violations

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may, in our reasonable discretion and consistent with law and the Terms of Service:

Disclaimers do not cure violations, and repeat infringers are subject to account termination. Where enforcement is taken against a Creator's Content or account, the Creator may appeal as described in the Appeals Policy — except where prohibited by law (confirmed CSAM is never subject to reinstatement).

  • remove, restrict, blur, demonetize, or refuse to publish Content;
  • issue a warning or suspend an account temporarily;
  • permanently terminate an account and the associated Creator relationship;
  • withhold or forfeit pending payouts to the extent permitted by the Creator Agreement and applicable law;
  • preserve and disclose records to law enforcement or NCMEC as required;
  • pursue any other remedy available under the Terms of Service or applicable law.
