Zero-tolerance commitment

We have zero tolerance for human trafficking and sex trafficking. The Service exists for verified, consenting adults to share and access adult Content — it is never to be used as a tool to recruit, harbor, transport, advertise, sell, buy, coerce, or exploit any person. This commitment is absolute and applies to every Member, Creator, depicted person, and piece of Content. There are no exceptions, no warnings, and no "second chances" for trafficking-related conduct: a single confirmed violation results in immediate removal, permanent termination, preservation of records, and referral to law enforcement and the reporting bodies described here.

02

Scope and defined conduct

All conduct involving anyone under 18 is addressed with the highest severity — "consent" is legally irrelevant where a minor is involved, and any such content is handled under the CSAM Policy, including NCMEC reporting.

  • Human trafficking — recruiting, harboring, transporting, providing, obtaining, patronizing, or soliciting a person for labor, services, or a commercial sex act through force, fraud, or coercion — or any commercial sex act involving a person under 18, regardless of force, fraud, or coercion.
  • Sex trafficking — causing, or benefitting from, a commercial sex act induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or involving a minor.
  • Coercion — threats of harm, physical restraint, abuse of legal process, debt bondage, withholding identity or immigration documents, blackmail, and any scheme intended to make a person believe failure to perform would result in serious harm or restraint.
  • Commercial prostitution / escorting — offering, soliciting, arranging, or paying for in-person sexual services in exchange for money or anything of value.
  • Physical abuse — infliction of physical harm without freely given, informed, revocable consent, or beyond consented limits — including injury requiring medical attention, acts a depicted person withdrew consent to during production, and depictions presented as real non-consensual violence. Consensual adult activity involving impact, restraint, or intensity is not physical abuse where consent is documented, current, and withdrawable — the distinction is consent and its limits, not the act.
03

Prohibited content & conduct

Strictly prohibited (illustrative, not exhaustive):

The Service is for the exchange of digital adult Content only. It is not a venue for arranging, advertising, or paying for any in-person physical encounter.

  • Trafficking depictions or facilitation — content that depicts, promotes, advertises, normalizes, or facilitates trafficking, including content produced using a trafficked or coerced person.
  • Coercion and non-consent — content produced through force, fraud, threats, manipulation, intoxication-induced incapacity, debt bondage, or any coercion, or where any depicted person did not freely and knowingly consent.
  • Commercial prostitution and escorting — using the Service (profiles, bios, messages, content, titles, tags, captions, links) to advertise, solicit, arrange, book, or pay for in-person sexual services or any "meet-up for pay."
  • Solicitation and brokering — acting as a pimp, broker, recruiter, "manager," or intermediary arranging in-person commercial sex or controlling another person's earnings or participation through coercion.
  • Off-platform funneling — using the Service to identify, contact, or route Members or Creators to off-platform arrangements for in-person commercial sex.
  • Movement of minors or vulnerable persons — any content or communication depicting or facilitating their transport, sale, or exploitation.
  • Physical abuse — content depicting or facilitating harm inflicted without consent or beyond its limits, including content published after consent was withdrawn during production. A general release does not evidence consent to an act it does not describe.

The controls behind this policy

  • Creator KYC + age verification — every Creator and every depicted person (including collaborators) completes identity and age verification (government ID, date of birth, known aliases), supporting our § 2257 record-keeping maintained by the Custodian of Records (see the 2257 statement).
  • Documented consent — a signed consent / model release from each depicted person for each piece of Content and its distribution; unverifiable or possibly coerced consent means the Content is not published or is removed.
  • Review-then-publish moderation — every upload's content, titles, tags, and metadata are reviewed for indicators of trafficking, coercion, non-consent, or in-person solicitation before going live, with ongoing monitoring after.
  • Prohibited-keyword filter — every upload's title, tags, description, spoken audio (transcript) and on-screen text are screened during pre-publication review against a maintained list of terms implying trafficking, coercion, minors, weapons, or in-person commercial sex; a match holds the upload for manual review before it can be published, and circumvention patterns escalate.
  • Reporting, rapid removal, referral — accessible reporting tools; on credible detection, rapid removal, suspension or permanent termination, record preservation, and law-enforcement referral.
05

FOSTA-SESTA & Section 230

Our controls are designed to comply with FOSTA-SESTA, including 18 U.S.C. § 2421A, which makes it a federal crime to own, manage, or operate an interactive computer service with the intent to promote or facilitate the prostitution of another person. We recognize that Section 230 does not immunize an online service from federal sex-trafficking criminal liability or from civil claims under 18 U.S.C. § 1595 within the FOSTA-SESTA carve-out — and we do not rely on Section 230 as a substitute for genuine prevention. Our obligation and practice is to actively prevent the facilitation of trafficking and prostitution through the controls above.

How to report

If you encounter Content or conduct you believe involves trafficking, coercion, a minor, or solicitation of in-person commercial sex, report it immediately: use the on-site report button, or email [email protected]. Include, where you can, the URL, the username, a description of your concern, and any identifying details. You do not need to be certain — a good-faith report is enough.

If you believe a person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (in the U.S., 911) first. We do not retaliate against good-faith reporters, we protect reporter information consistent with the Privacy Policy, and we cooperate with law enforcement.

07

Hotline resources

  • National Human Trafficking Hotline (U.S.) — 1-888-373-7888, or text "HELP"/"INFO" to 233733 (BeFree). 24/7, confidential, multilingual. Online: humantraffickinghotline.org.
  • NCMEC CyberTipline (suspected child sexual exploitation) — 1-800-843-5678 or report.cybertip.org.
  • These hotlines are independent of the Company. EU/UK region-appropriate resources will be surfaced if and when we serve those users.
08

Enforcement outcomes

  • Rapid removal of the Content and disabling of access.
  • Permanent termination of responsible accounts for confirmed trafficking or prostitution-facilitation, with payouts withheld or clawed back per the Creator Agreement.
  • Preservation of account data, identity/KYC records, consent records, and logs to support investigations and legal process.
  • Referral to law enforcement and, where a minor is involved, NCMEC.
  • Cooperation with valid subpoenas, warrants, and preservation requests via [email protected] and the Law Enforcement Request Policy.
