Who may complain

Anyone may submit a complaint — you do not need an account. That includes Members and Creators; any person depicted in Content (or someone authorized to act for them); copyright and other rights holders; non-users, advocacy organizations, and trusted flaggers; payment and service partners; and law enforcement or regulators. You may report anonymously, though without contact details we cannot send follow-ups or outcomes.

If you are a depicted person seeking removal of intimate imagery shared without your consent — including AI-generated "deepfakes" — you can use this policy, but the TAKE IT DOWN Act Policy and NCC / Anti-Deepfake Policy provide a dedicated, expedited removal path.

02

What you can report

Anything you believe violates our Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, or any sub-policy, or that is unlawful — including:

  • Content that appears to depict a minor, or anyone whose age cannot be confirmed as 18+ (real, implied, animated, or AI-generated) — handled under the CSAM Policy.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, "revenge porn", hidden-camera or upskirt material, or deepfakes — handled under the TAKE IT DOWN and NCC policies.
  • Trafficking, coercion, sexual exploitation, or prostitution content — handled under the Anti-Slavery Policy.
  • A depicted person who did not consent to being recorded or published — may also be escalated through the Appeals Policy.
  • Copyright or other IP infringement — submit through the DMCA Policy for statutory notice-and-takedown handling.
  • Harassment, threats, doxxing, impersonation, or privacy violations; spam, fraud, scams, or attempts to circumvent payment or age-verification controls; anything else that breaches our rules or the law.
  • Not sure which category fits? Send the report anyway — we route it to the right team and policy.
03

How to report

In-product "Report" control — the fastest route, because it attaches the link, the Content identifier, and the surrounding context automatically. You can also use the Report Content page.

Email — [email protected] at any time, for content reports, non-consensual content, CSAM, and trafficking concerns. Copyright complaints should go to [email protected] so they are handled under the DMCA procedure.

For urgent matters presenting imminent risk of harm to a child or any person, also contact local law enforcement directly — reporting to us does not replace emergency services. You do not need to view, download, save, or re-share suspected CSAM to report it, and you should not: a link or description is enough.

04

What to include

None of these are mandatory — a link alone is enough — but more detail means a faster, more accurate result:

  • What you are reporting: a direct link or URL, the Content title, and/or the Creator username.
  • The area of the Platform — Raw, Vault, or Private Access.
  • The reason: which rule or law you believe is broken, and a short description.
  • Supporting facts, context, dates, or evidence (screenshots help; never attach suspected CSAM — link or description only).
  • Your relationship to the report (depicted person, rights holder, bystander, organization) — optional.
  • Contact details if you want updates — optional; anonymous reports are accepted.
  • For consent / depicted-person reports: a statement that you are the depicted person or authorized to act for them, and identity information where you are comfortable providing it (handled confidentially).
  • A good-faith confirmation that the information is accurate to your best knowledge. Knowingly false reports may violate our Terms and lead to account action.
05

Our process & timeframes

Every report follows the same path: acknowledge (with a reference number, where you gave contact details) → triage by type and severity, with priority reports able to trigger immediate interim restriction of Content → investigate by a trained Trust & Safety reviewer, using pre-publication review records, Creator KYC status, and per-content consent records → decide and act → update and close.

Timeframes we commit to: illegal or non-consensual content — within 7 business days (most resolved sooner). Valid NCII / TAKE IT DOWN removal requests — removal plus reasonable efforts to remove known identical copies within 48 hours, overriding the 7-day target. Suspected CSAM — immediate: removal, preservation, and NCMEC reporting. Other reports — as promptly as practicable, typically within the same 7-business-day window. Complex investigations may take longer, but statutory deadlines are never extended.

06

Keeping reporters informed

If you provided contact details, we confirm receipt, tell you the outcome once review is complete (to the extent we are legally permitted), and explain how to escalate. There are limits: to protect privacy, ongoing investigations, and legal obligations, we may not share specifics about another User's account or the precise action taken, and for CSAM, trafficking, or active law-enforcement matters we may be legally restricted from sharing information. Anonymous reporters cannot receive updates.

07

Possible outcomes

Outcomes are proportionate — but illegal, non-consensual, child-related, and trafficking-related Content is zero tolerance and acted on regardless of intent.

  • No action — where the Content or conduct does not breach our rules or the law.
  • Content removal or restriction — removal, offline pending review, disabled links, age- or geo-restriction, or removal from search and all three areas.
  • De-duplication — for NCII and CSAM, reasonable efforts to find and remove known identical copies and prevent re-upload, including hash-matching where available.
  • Warnings or required corrective changes to a Creator.
  • Account action — suspension, restriction, demonetization, or termination, including freezing payouts pending investigation, per the Creator Agreement and Terms.
  • Internal escalation to senior Trust & Safety, legal, or the Custodian of Records.
  • Referral to authorities — NCMEC reporting with legally required preservation; law-enforcement referral for trafficking or other crimes.
  • Repeat-infringer termination under the DMCA Policy.
08

Internal logging

We maintain an internal log of complaints: date and channel received, category and severity, the Content or account involved, investigation steps, decision, outcome and action date, handler, any de-duplication performed, and any referral to NCMEC or law enforcement. These records support quality control, pattern detection, compliance evidence for our payment partners, and legal obligations. They are retained for legally required periods — longer under legal hold — and personal information in them is handled per the Privacy Policy.

09

Escalation & appeal

  • A User affected by a decision (e.g., a Creator whose Content was removed) can challenge it through the Appeals Policy via [email protected].
  • A depicted person contesting consent can use the Appeals Policy's dedicated process — removal results where consent cannot be verified, with escalation to a neutral reviewer where required.
  • A reporter dissatisfied with our handling can reply to the closure message with the reference number, or email [email protected]; a different reviewer re-examines the matter.
  • Escalation never pauses statutory removal timelines (such as the 48-hour TAKE IT DOWN window) — we act first, review after.
