A single point of contact for authorities, users, and the European Commission. Communications accepted in English.

Content moderation

All uploaded content reviewed against published rules. Combination of automated detection and human review. Public reporting flow with prompt internal action.

Recommender transparency

Main parameters of our recommendation system are documented, including controls users have to influence what they see.

Internal complaint handling

Users affected by moderation decisions have the right to appeal. Internal complaint-handling system with defined SLAs and external-escalation pointers.

Transparency reporting

Periodic transparency reports cover moderation actions, reports received, complaints/appeals processed, and use of automated tools. Published on a regular schedule.
